Important: DedoLink is an informational platform. We do not host, upload, store, or distribute any game files, ROMs, or proprietary content. All download links point to official publisher websites, Steam, Google Play, or the App Store.
1. Our Respect for Copyright
DedoLink respects the intellectual property rights of all game developers, publishers, and content creators. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid takedown notices in accordance with its provisions. If you believe that content on our site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.
2. What Content May Be Subject to Removal?
The following types of content on DedoLink may be subject to a valid DMCA takedown:
- Thumbnail images or screenshots used in game listings that belong to the copyright holder
- Text descriptions or articles that substantially reproduce copyrighted content
- Blog posts that include unauthorized reproductions of copyrighted works
Not subject to DMCA: Links pointing to official publisher download pages (Steam, Google Play, App Store) — we have no control over the content of those external platforms.
3. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Request
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, provide the following information in writing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, including the registered copyright number (if applicable).
- Identification of the infringing material — The specific URL or page on DedoLink where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- Your contact information — Full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement — A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
4. Where to Send Your DMCA Notice

We will acknowledge receipt of your notice and aim to respond within 5–10 business days. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content pending investigation.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include: your name, address, phone number, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification. We will forward valid counter-notifications to the original complainant.
6. Repeat Infringers
DedoLink maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access for users who are repeat copyright infringers.
7. Abuse of DMCA Process
Filing a false or fraudulent DMCA notice is a federal offense under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). You may be held liable for damages including costs and attorneys' fees if you knowingly misrepresent that content infringes a copyright.
